Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced.
If your order is cancelled before shipping, you will receive a full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once the product has already been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but no restocking fee will be charged.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation.
We’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.
You can keep all free bonuses or gifts, even if you decide to return the product.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank – there is often some processing time before a refund appears.
